South Carolina Gamecocks: Five Keys to Beating Mizzou

In the opening game of the season, South Carolina beat North Carolina 17-13 which was followed by back to back losses against Kentucky(26-22) and Georgia(52-20). Last Saturday Steve Spurrier and his Gamecocks turned things around beating the University of Central Florida 31-14.

Now the Gamecocks are going into their fifth game of the season against a decent 3-1 Missouri team, hungry for their first SEC win. Both teams are still looking for their identity on offense and both are starting freshman at the quarterback position.

Earlier in the week it was announced that Maty Mauk was suspended for the South Carolina game and that Drew Lock would get the start.
