After a slow start and a lackluster performance led to South Carolina getting upset at Georgia on Tuesday, the Gamecocks remain on the road for a conference game in College Station. The Gamecocks fell to 19-3 (6-3 SEC) with the loss and all of their losses so far have come on the road.
The Aggies are 18-4 (7-2 SEC) and are ranked 8th in both the AP and USA Today polls. The Aggies have non-conference losses to Syracuse and Arizona State and have dropped their last two SEC games to Arkansas and Vanderbilt.
