South Carolina football picked up its sixth ’22 commitment.
Shane Beamer has been a busy man this Summer. Since June 1st, the South Carolina football staff has had prospects on campus every day but Father’s Day, hosting highly touted prospects from up and down the East Coast. Despite not having any visitors in Columbia on Sunday, it was was anything but quiet.
Defensive lineman Jamaal Whyce made his pledge to the Gamecocks on Father’s Day, becoming the sixth player in the class. Whyce, a three-star prospect from Miami, chose South Carolina over offers from Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Miami, and Ole Miss, among others.
