The South Carolina softball team bounced back from a 4-0 loss to host Florida State on Day 2 of the NCAA Tournament's Tallahassee Regionals by dispatching USF, 6-0, to keep their season alive.

The Gamecocks matched the hosts inning for inning as the score remained knotted at 0 through the first five frames. But FSU would break through in the top of the 6th as Carsyn Gordon singled to short center to make it 2-0.
