South Carolina at Vanderbilt game 2 recap: Gamecocks blanked by Commodores 5-0

Watching South Carolina baseball was pretty fun for the first 11 games of the season. It’s been decidedly less so for the last six, as the Gamecocks offense has continued to struggle, They did that a whole lot on Saturday as they were on the losing end of a complete game no-hitter.

Vanderbilt took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning on a home run by Tate Kolwyck, and that score held all the way until the bottom of the eighth, when he went yard again for two more runs, making it 4-0. The final run of the game came on an Enrique Bradfield Jr.
