With this South Carolina baseball team, you never really know what you’re going to get. On Tuesday night, we got a whole lot of offense, as the Gamecocks got back in the win column with a blowout victory over the Bulldogs.
USC got on the board first, taking a 2-0 lead in the third inning. Jacob Olson walked to start things off, Chris Cullen singled, and Carlos Cortes followed with an RBI single. With one out, LT Tolbert grounded out to bring Cullen home.
The Gamecocks added two more runs in the next inning. With two outs, Riley Hogan smacked a double, then Jacob Olson went yard to make it 4-0.
