Frank Booker and Wes Myers got an appropriate sendoff on Senior Night in Columbia, combining for 48 points to help the South Carolina Gamecocks take out the LSU Tigers 84-73 in overtime on Wednesday.
The veteran grad transfers enjoyed special performances: Booker matched a career-high in points with 25 and made six of his seven 3-point attempts, while Myers scored a season-high 23 points and posted an 11-of-14 mark from the free-throw line.
It was smooth sailing for the Gamecocks after the teams battled to a 31-all tie in the first half.
