A 2015 South Carolina Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, Miki Barber won five national titles, two as an individual, and closed her career as a 20-time All-American. She played a key role in winning South Carolina's first national championship in any sport, when the women won the outdoor title in 2002, scoring in a relay event at nationals that year. She won six SEC titles as an individual and five as a relay runner and still ranks in the program's top 10 in five individual events. She ran on the 4x400m relay for Team USA at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
