Steve Spurrier, committed to thoroughly enjoying the back nine this week, is guilty of some things relative to the sudden demise of his South Carolina football team:
— The Gamecocks, 2-4 overall and 0-4 in the SEC, have lost eight of their last nine SEC games. The lone victory last November was so full of Florida incompetence that it contributed to head coach Will Muschamp losing his job the next day.
— Spurrier didn’t make enough coaching staff changes after South Carolina dropped from 11-2 in 2013 to 7-6 in 2014.
