#16 makes it official.
A South Carolina Gamecocks lean has made it official: Palmyra (N.J.) wide receiver Kelvin Harmon has committed to play his college ball in Columbia.
Harmon, who is the 16th member of the class of 2016 to commit to Carolina, is the third wide receiver on the list, joining Bryan Edwards and Chris Smith. Rivals.com has him as the 11th-ranked player in New Jersey regardless of position and the 52nd-ranked wideout in the country, while 247Sports also has him at 11th among all Garden State players and 89th among WRs nationwide. Harmon has most certainly been worked hard by Gamecocks quarterback commit Brandon McIlwain, who, if he does end up starting at some point, should have some fairly high-level targets to throw to in college.
