P.J. Hall, a 6-foot-9 220-pound forward, says he’s been playing with Myles Tate since “I was little.” So count Hall among the least surprised people in the Upward Star Center on Saturday when Tate demanded the basketball, got it and hit a clutch jumper to give their team a lead late in an AAU game.
“I’m not not going to rely on it,” Hall said. “Like, ‘OK, we’ll be all right. We’re not gonna have to work for it.’ But I do know it’s OK to get the ball to Myles because I know what he’s going to do.
