NEW YORK — What’s a South Carolina football fan to do when he’s in the Big Apple and the Gamecocks are playing on the SEC Network?
The SEC apparently isn’t so popular in these parts. The Grand Hyatt downtown and the U.S. Open media center both offered ESPN and ESPN2, but neither carried the SEC Network.
I was attending the U.S. Open tenns championships but still wanted to watch the South Carolina-Kentucky football game Saturday night. I asked the U.S. Open media computer guy if he knew much about TV and the SEC Network. He immediately lit up: “You a Gamecock fan?
