COLUMBIA — Tyler Renew used to sell peanuts at Williams-Brice Stadium, and was there on the day when South Carolina stunned No. 1 Alabama in 2010. He’ll be back again Saturday, but in a very different capacity — as part of a Citadel team trying to engineer an upset even bigger than the Gamecocks pulled over the Crimson Tide five years ago.
WHO: The Citadel (7-3) at South Carolina (3-7)

“Going from a peanut salesman to actually playing on the field will be fun,” said Renew, a junior fullback.
