The thought that some at LSU want Les Miles gone isn't new. He has rubbed a certain faction of donors and administrators the wrong way for years, despite winning at a relatively high rate.
So there was skepticism among coaches and agents regarding a report on Tuesday that Miles -- with a 110-31 record and a national title to his name at LSU -- is coaching for his job during the final two games of the regular season.
After a 7-0 start, the Tigers have dropped consecutive games to Alabama and Arkansas.
