Saturday night has to have been the best night's sleep LSU head coach Johnny Jones has had in weeks as the underwhelming and highly criticized LSU Tigers (7-5 going into the game) very well may have pulled off a season-saving victory. Rightfully so, all the talk will be the heroic performance of freshman sensation Ben Simmons erupting for 36 points and 14 rebounds. Ben Simmons played more point guard than any game I've seen this year as LSU was determined to have the ball in his hands on as many possessions as possible and Vanderbilt had no answer defensively.
