South Carolina senior basketball star A’ja Wilson won’t play Sunday when the Gamecocks face Tennessee in Knoxville in the teams’ regular season finale.
Wilson has vertigo, the team tweeted Sunday afternoon.
The Gamecocks (23-5, 12-3 SEC) have locked in the No. 2 seed in the SEC tournament and will play Friday night against a to-be-announced opponent.
Wilson was sidelined with an ankle injury Jan. 14 when Tennessee defeated South Carolina 86-70 at Colonial Life Arena.
