The SEC released the 2016 football schedules on Thursday, meaning that we now know the full schedule for the Gamecocks for the upcoming season. In keeping with tradition, the Gamecocks will open on a Thursday night, and they're jumping straight into things with two conference road games. The Gamecocks play at home for the entire month of October and the first week of November before wrapping things up with a tough road game against Florida, a week at home against Western Carolina, and of course a trip to Clemson. As in 2012, the game against Georgia will be played later than usual and the Gamecocks will already be well into their conference slate by the time they meet the Bulldogs for the annual showdown.
