MOBILE, Ala. – After dropping the doubles point, The University of South Alabama women's tennis team bounced back with four singles wins and remain undefeated with a 4-2 victory over Southern Mississippi Saturday at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Courts.
The Jaguars improve to 10-0 while the Golden Eagles fall to 6-1.
DOUBLES
-Yu Fujioka and Yurie Takanishi fell to Ebru Zeynep Yazgan and Rikeetha Pereira 6-1 on court 2.
-Alexandria Stiteler and Nikola Kohoutova defeated Katia De La Garza and Monique Burton 7-6 at No. 3.
-Arina Amaning and Tjasa Jerse clinched the doubles point for the Eagles, downing Patricia Martins and Milka Pasanen 7-6 on court 1.
