LAFAYETTE, La. – After dropping the doubles point to Louisiana, the University of South Alabama women's tennis team won four singles matches to defeat the Ragin' Cajuns 4-2 Thursday at the Cajun Courts.
DOUBLES
-Junior Alina Zolotareva (Barnaul, Russia) and freshman Yu Fujioka (Funabashi, Japan) fell to Abby Johnson and Elena Sava 6-3 at No. 1 to start doubles.
-Freshmen Nikola Kohoutova (Kralupy Nad Vltavou) and Maxine Palmen (Sittard, Netherlands) bounced back with a 6-4 victory over Kelly Drew and Marina Garcia on court 3.
-Louisiana secured the doubles point when Floriane Picaut and Dana Radoanovic defeated juniors Alexandria Stiteler (Bradenton, Fla.
