TROY, Ala. – After falling behind after doubles, the University of South Alabama women's tennis team won three singles matches in straight sets to defeat Troy 4-1 Wednesday afternoon at the Lunsford Tennis Complex.
The Jaguars go to 15-2 overall on the season and 4-1 in the Sun Belt Conference. The Trojans drop to 8-8 and 2-3.

-Troy struck first on court 1 when Chunxi Guo and Pei Ju Hsieh defeated senior Patricia Martins and sophomore Milka Pasanen 6-2
-The Jags answered on court 3 after sophomore Nikola Kohoutova and freshman Yurie Takanishi downed Celia Estevan and Maria Casas Blas 6-3
-The Trojans took the doubles point on Tingting Pei and Matea Mihaljevic's 6-4 win over senior Alexandria Stiteler and sophomore Yu Fujioka at No.
