BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Junior Ken Williams (Houston, Texas) scored 16 of his game-high 19 points after halftime to help the University of South Alabama men's basketball team to a 72-70 double-overtime victory at Samford Friday night at the Pete Hanna Center.

The Jaguars win their 14th-straight game over Samford, a streak that dates back to 1972, and go to 4-6 on the season. The Bulldogs drop to 7-4.

"It feels absolutely wonderful to get a win on the road," USA head coach Matthew Graves said.
