MOBILE, Ala. - South Alabama recorded another historic week, as the Jaguars were led to a team title by individual medalist Hugo Thyr.
Hugo Thyr set a program record for lowest individual total in Jaguar history with his 64-67-66--197 score in the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate. Shooting 16-under for the tournament, Thyr's first round score of 64 also ties the program record for best individual round. Thyr led South Alabama to a first place team finish, shooting 21-under as a team and a total score of 276-283-272--831.
Senior Kevin Dahlberg also placed in the top-10 with an eighth place finish and a 68-72-68–208 total to finish five-under-par.
