LINCOLN, Neb. - Filip Svendsen claims second place in Nebraska's Git-R-Done Invitational with a nine-under performance to lead South Alabama to a second place team finish (281-280-277–838).
In just his second collegiate competition Svendsen swung under par in all three rounds, improving after each round. After a one-under opening round and three-under second round, Svendsen returned on the second day to play a five-under finale for a total of 70-68-66–204.
Josh Hill Finished one stroke behind Svendsen to claim third place (68-71-66–205) and Hugo Thyr tied for seventh (69-70-70–209) to make three Jags in the top-10.
