NORMAN, Okla. – Three members of the University of South Alabama men's golf program — Jordan Plunkett, Kyle Robinson and Yannick Schütz — were chosen Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars by the Golf Coaches Association of America it was announced on Friday.
This marks the second occasion in the last three years that the Jaguars have had three individuals honored, as well as the 13th year in a row that at least one member of the team has been honored. In order to be recognized as an All-America Scholar, individuals must be juniors or seniors academically and are required to play in a minimum of 40 percent of their team's competitive rounds while recording a season stroke average under 76.
