MOBILE, Ala. – The Sporting News named South Alabama wide receiver Jamaal Pritchett to its Midseason All-America Team Friday morning.
Pritchett is the leading receiver for the Jaguars so far this season with 573 yards and six touchdowns on 39 catches. The senior averages 14.7 yards per reception, 81.9 yards per game and owns a long reception of 75 yards, which resulted in a touchdown. Pritchett is also a force in the punt return game as the Jackson, Ala. native has returned eight punts for 196 yards and a touchdown. His 21.9 yards per return average leads all of college football.
