MOBILE, Ala. – A first-team all-Sun Belt Conference selection on the court this season, University of South Alabama women's basketball player Antoinette Lewis has now been honored for her work in the classroom as well after being named first-team academic all-district by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Thursday.
The award — the first of her career — is one of five different accolades she received in her time as a Jaguar. In addition to picking up all-league honors on three different occasions, Lewis was also named to SBC all-tournament team in 2019 and was voted the conference player of the week six times over the last four years.
