PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis team dominated in singles play to defeat Troy 4-1 on Friday morning at the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga.
The Jaguars made the first move as Yu Fujioka and Nikola Kohoutova beat Michelle Ncube and Andrea Widing on court two. The Trojans responded with wins on courts one and three to take a 1-0 lead.
After dropping the doubles point, South came in hot in singles as Otoha Aoki picked up a quick 6-0, 6-2 win over Troy's Kristina Kukaras on court five.
