STILLWATER, Okla. – Taylor Cornelius threw for 428 yards to help lead Oklahoma State to a 55-13 non-conference football victory over the University of South Alabama Saturday at Boone Pickens Stadium.
Tylan Wallace caught 10 passes for 166 yards and a score and Tyron Johnson added 137 on five receptions for the Cowboys, who improved to 2-0 with the victory. Justice Hill added a pair of touchdowns on the ground as well as OSU recorded an opponent-record 617 yards of total offense.
Kawaan Baker scored twice for the Jaguars (0-2), once on a 12-yard run late in the first quarter and then on a 24-yard pass from Evan Orth that made the score 24-13 with just under three minutes to go in the opening half.
