South Drops Tough Road Contest to Charleston Southern

CHARLESTON, S.C.- South Alabama dropped a tough match on the road to Charleston Southern in a 60-55 final.

The Jags started out well with a 12-4 run to open the gates. and helped fuel the run, scoring eight of South's 12 points during the run. The Buccaneers stormed back as the quarter ended, with South holding on to a 16-14 lead.
