MOBILE, Ala.- South Alabama pulled together a gritty 5-2 win against Depaul Wednesday afternoon in Mobile. The win improves South to 6-10 on the season and marks their second straight victory.
South got off to a hot start in doubles as Braden Hanning and Javier Montoya delivered a 6-4 victory. Juan Accossatto and Harold van Raemdonck ultimately gave the Jaguars the doubles point as the pair defeated their opposition in a 6-3 final.
South Alabama engaged in several thrilling singles matches in which five out of six went to three sets.
