Cole Garvin's status with the South Alabama football team remains unchanged following an arrest late last week on a public intoxication charge.
Garvin, a fifth-year senior quarterback, was arrested early Friday morning and was soon after suspended indefinitely. He was not on the sideline for the Jaguars' Saturday night game against Texas State.
When asked Monday if there was any update to Garvin's standing with the team, head coach Steve Campbell shook his head.
"No, nothing's been decided yet," said Campbell, who declined to elaborate. The Jaguars do not practice Monday, so a decision on Garvin's immediate future is expected to be reached before Tuesday's practice.
