Rodrick Sikes scored 32 points as South Alabama ran away with an 87-67 victory over Arkansas State Saturday at the Mitchell Center.
Sikes hit the 30-point mark for the fifth time this season, a new school record. The junior-college transfer is averaging 18.4 points per game in his first year with the Jaguars.
"It was nice to see him get going again," USA coach Matthew Graves said. "He had struggled recently, and he's kept with it. We have the utmost confidence in Rodrick. When you give him the looks he was getting tonight, he's going to get in a really good rhythm.
