MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama head football coach Kane Wommack announced Thursday the hiring of Matt Shadeed as Assistant Head Coach/Director of Football Athletic Performance.
He joins the Jaguar staff after serving as the Director of Sports Performance at Massachusetts the last two seasons, where he was responsible for the physical, mental and emotional development on and off the field for the football program.
"Melissa, the boys and I are thrilled to welcome Matt, Emily and Bear to our football program," Wommack said. "Matt is one of the most dynamic influencers of young men I have encountered.
