Peyton Law Signs with South Alabama men's basketball

MOBILE, Ala. – Peyton Law has signed with the South Alabama men's basketball team, head coach Richie Riley announced Thursday evening.

Law, a 6-7 forward from Calhoun, Ga., joins the Jaguars after spending the past three seasons at NAIA powerhouse Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tenn. He had a stellar 2024-25 campaign for the Lions, receiving NAIA First-Team All-American honors after averaging 16.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 60.7 percent from the field, and 39.4 percent from three-point range. A dominant force on both ends of the court, Law tallied seven double-doubles, 30 games with double figures, 13 games with 20 points or more, and 51 blocks to help lead Freed Hardeman to its second straight season with 30 wins or more and a run to the "Fab Four" of the NAIA National Tournament.
