HATTIESBURG, Miss. – South Alabama was perfect on day two of the Golden Eagle Fall Invitational, winning all four doubles and all four singles matches in the team's season-opening tournament at Southern Miss.
"I'm very happy about this weekend," said South Alabama head coach Nick Brochu. "You never know what to expect for the first fall tournament, and I think we did extremely well. We went in there with a goal of winning 70-75 percent of our matches, and I think we did that. We were very dominant, especially on the second day. We were tired, but we were fighting.
