BATON ROUGE, La. – Monday's opening round of the 2021 NCAA Women's Golf Baton Rouge Regional has been postponed due to rain in the Baton Rouge, La., area.
The course was deemed unplayable by tournament officials due to rain. The first round of the regional is now scheduled for a 10 a.m. shotgun start on Tuesday. Jaguar women's golfer Julie Hovland was scheduled to open the regional as an individual at-large selection at 9:40 a.m. Monday, but will now hit the course on Tuesday morning for her first round of the NCAA postseason.
