Richie Riley isn't interested in discussing any long-range vision to rebuild South Alabama's struggling basketball program.
He wants success and he wants it now.
"A lot of coaches talk about a three or four-year plan," Riley said. "You will never hear me say that. My plan is to win and win ASAP. What I'm saying is I want to win now and build off of that with more winning. We're going to sustain it, and take this program to a level that nobody in this room could ever dream of."
The 35-year-old Riley was introduced Friday as the Jaguars' new head coach, having agreed to a four-year deal that will pay him $332,000 per season.
