MEN'S TENNIS RALLIES IN SINGLES TO DEFEAT UTA IN QUARTERFINALS OF SBC TOURNAMENT

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – The third-seeded University of South Alabama men's tennis team pulled out a 4-2 victory over sixth-seeded UTA in the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt Conference Championships Friday after dropping the doubles point.

DOUBLES
- On court 2, Olivier Gingras and Sacha Modica picked up a 6-3 victory over Eduard Simo and Andre Russo.
- Lucas Gonzalez and Max Lapraille dropped their doubles contest to Enrique Pardo and Sanshidh Kommaruju at No. 3, 6-3.
- No. 39 Loic Cloes and Clement Marzol fell on court 1 in a tightly contest match 7-5 Guanarteme Nuez and Mauricio Del Rio as UTA clinched the doubles point.
