MOBILE, Ala. | Outfielder Presley Lively earned her second honor of the preseason on Tuesday when she was named to the Softball America Freshman Watch List.
The Helena, Ala., native was one of 170 freshmen from around the country to be selected to the list. Lively was also named to the D100 Freshman Watch List last week by DI Softball.
Lively enters her first season in Mobile after wrapping up a stellar prep career at Helena High School in Helena, Ala. She was named the 6A Hitter of the Year as a senior where she also earned first-team all-state honors each of her final two seasons
Lively ended her prep career holding program career marks in stolen bases (165) and runs scored (204), and single-season marks in hits (82 – 2024), runs scored (75 – 2024) and stolen bases (67 – 2023), while posting a .
