MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama looks to bounce back after an 0-2 weekend, traveling to Birmingham, Ala., for matches against Samford Friday at 3 p.m. and UAB Saturday at 10 a.m.
South Alabama (3-3) dropped both matches last weekend, falling to Clemson 2-5 and Nebraska 2-4.
Maxime St-Hilaire posted a perfect singles record over the weekend, defeating Matt Pitts of Clemson 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 at number three singles and downing Nebraska's Calvin Mueller 6-4, 6-4 at number two singles. St-Hilaire and partner Jack Clements defeated Ryuhei Azuma and Spencer Whitaker from Clemson 6-3 at number one doubles.
