MOBILE, Ala. | South Alabama men's basketball came up just short in a back-and-forth battle with Louisiana, falling 79-76 at the Mitchell Center Saturday afternoon.
The Jaguars fell to 8-10 and 2-4 in Sun Belt play, while the Ragin' Cajuns improved to 14-4 (4-2 SBC).
Isaiah Moore once again led the Jaguars in scoring, reaching 21 points on -10-of-15 shooting. Marshall Kearing started his first game of the season, and he recorded a career-high 15 points to go along with seven rebounds.
