MOBILE, Ala. – Behind four double-figure scorers, South Alabama defeated the ULM Warhawks 72-62, to earn their second conference win of the season. The win was the first time this season South had four players in double figures.
The Jags led for 39 minutes of the contest, trailing for just 11 seconds before going on an 8-0 run to retake the lead.
Michiyah Simmons tied her career-high with 18 points, her second game in a row reaching that mark. Behind Simmons were Kiana Anderson with 13 points, Kelsey Thompson with 13 points and Casey Ferguson with 12.
