BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Dorian Curry and Kyle Rademeyer both broke school records and won their respective events while the University of South Alabama's track and field team took 13 top-five finishes at the UAB Blazer Invitational Friday at the Birmingham CrossPlex.
Curry, a sophomore, took first place and broke his own school record in the high jump with a height of 2.11m (6-11). Rademeyer, a freshman, took the victory in the pole vault while breaking his own program record with a 5.56m (18-2.75) height. Five other student-athletes moved up or into the Jaguar record books as well.
