MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama women's soccer earned a 3-0 win over divisional opponent Texas State in San Marcos Thursday night. The Jags are now 8-1-2 all time against the Bobcats.
Senior defender Abby Jacobs got the scoring started in the 26th minute, netting her first goal of the season. Less than 30 second later, Jasmine Green sneaks one past the Bobcat keeper to extend South's lead to 2-0 at half.
Greene found the back of the net again in the 52nd minute to give South the 3-0 win over Texas State.
