TEMPE, Ariz. – University of South Alabama juniors Loic Cloes and Clement Marzol remained among the top 20 in the Oracle ITA national doubles rankings released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Wednesday.
Not only did the pair come in at No. 16 in the first ratings following the conclusion of the fall season, but Marzol was 48th — a rise of nearly 75 spots from his preseason ranking — in singles as well.
Cloes and Marzol competed in three tournaments during the fall, going 9-4 overall while advancing to the finals in the main draw of the ITA Southern Regional Championship in addition to the championship of the consolation bracket at the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships.
