NEW YORK – One of the key reasons for the success of the South Alabama offense this season has been the play of the offensive line. The unit was recognized for its performance on Tuesday as the group was named to the Joe Moore Award Midseason Honor Roll and announced by The Foundation for Teamwork.
The award, which has been presented since 2015, recognizes the most outstanding offensive line unit in college football.
The offensive line for the Jags (5-1, 2-0 SBC) has paved the way for the offense to be in the top 30 in the nation (third in the Sun Belt) in total offense at 462.
