MOBILE, Ala. – Kareem Walker ran for 150 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday to help lead the University of South Alabama to a 28-21 non-conference football win over Alcorn State at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
Bryan Hill added 51 yards on nine carries as well as the Jaguars (3-0) ran for 236 yards in picking up their third straight victory to begin the campaign. A.J. DeShazor Jr. paced USA defensively with six total stops, with Yam Banks, Davyn Flenord, Devin Rockette and Wy'Kevious Thomas all credited with four tackles each as well.
Felix Harper was 20-of-33 passing for 265 yards and a score for the Braves (1-2), with CJ Bolar accounting for 128 of those yards on five receptions.
