MONTGOMERY, Ala. | South Alabama finished off a sweep of Alabama State on Tuesday at Eddie Stanky Field, finishing off a 9-7 victory in 10 innings in a game resumed from April 11. They completed the day with a 9-4 victory in the nightcap to sweep the season series.
South Alabama erased a two-run deficit with a pair of runs in the ninth and four more in the 10th to win the night's first game. The Jags used a season-high 19 hits to pull away with the win, led by Micah Morgan going 3-for-6 with a pair of RBI.
