South Alabama will look to build off its momentum of the fall season as the Jags gear up for the spring season that begins with a home tournament the second week of February.
The Jags finished the fall season with a second-place finish at the Tempest Collegiate in Texas (October 9-12) before winning their final tournament at The Clerico (October 24-25). Both Jack Hearn and Hugo Thyr led the Jags in those tournaments, recording top 10 finishes including a third-place finish by Thyr at the Tempest Collegiate.
"What that says for our program is that these guys are talented enough to win and compete at the highest level," South Alabama head coach Ben Hannan said.
