MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama volleyball extended the nation's second-longest home winning streak with a sweep of Louisiana Thursday at Jag Gym.
USA (12-7, 6-1 SBC) captured its 19th consecutive win at home, dating back to 2020, and also extended its win streak to five with the victory. The Jags tallied seven service aces and .270 team hitting percentage, while defensively posting 59 digs and 11 blocks.
The Jaguars took a 1-0 lead with a 25-12 win in the opening set, and held a 2-0 lead following a 25-20 win in set two.
